On May 25, I was charged $89 on my VISA plus $4.95 shipping, for a trial of RTVL skin cream. The pitch on TV said the trial would cost me only $4.95. When I called the company for a refund of the $89, "Ryan Cooper," the obviously Indian company rep, said there was a 14 day trial period and that on the 15th day, since I hadn't notified them to cancel "my account" (which I never set up), I forfeited the $89. After a heated discussion, the rep said they would refund half the money in two days. I'm out $45 plus the $4.95 shipping fee. I was told that I should have known about the 14 day trial period, but that must have been in fine print on the website, which I didn't check. Never again will I order a trial for anything! This company is totally a scam and should be put out of business.
