They charged me for being a loan broker for me and said if I didn't get a loan within 6 months that I would be able to apply for a refund. 6 months later I sent a letter like they told me asking for a refund as I hadn't had any kind of loan at all. First they told me I had taken a loan, which I definitely haven't. Then they have said that they have to send an email off to some people to ask why it says I have had a loan or the reason why my account has been 'closed' and since then I have been told I would be called back at least 5 times which I have not once been called back. I have sent in at least 3 emails on which I haven't been replied to at all. Whenever I call they say the person I need to speak to is in a meeting or not in the office or that section is closed etc etc. I can provide bank statements that clearly show that no loan has been taken, emails that haven't been replied to, and phone records on how many times I have called them. All I want is what is fair for me to recieve, they were quick enough taking the money but I just cannot seem to get an answer or solution to why they can't just refund me. Please help.
