My Subscription to this online TV service is active, and regular payments are taken from my Credit Card. For the last 2 weeks, no channels are active.
It has been impossible to contact customer support. Emails to customer support bounce back, and there are no support phone numbers either.
Whats suspicious is that their sales line numbers have also been removed from the site. So there is not way to contact the company.
I have heard rumours that the company has wound up, but why are they still accepting payments for new subscribers, when the tv service does not work ?
