I received a call from this company who said that I qualified for their program and that they would help me lower my mortgage payment by working with Bank of America to reduce my interest rate and extending out my loan to 30 years. They also said that they could negotiate my loan even more because I refinanced my mtg with Countrywide at the end of their bad loan practices. I paid them $1,100 in December 2012 and $1100.00 in January 2013. They had me stop payment on one of the checks I sent to BOA costing me $25.00. I have spent over $100 in fax fees and postage sending information to them. I understand that the State of Washington has served the company with a cease and desist order which may explain why I can't leave them a message and my e-mails come back unreturned. I am now behind in my mtg payments of about $10,000 in which Family First assured me that I would not be charged with and that a modification would happen sometime this month.
