i dont even know if this is the place to complain but i cannot get any answers from all the phone numbers for this company. I receive diet pills every couple of months which i do not wish to receive. This company doesnt even seem to have a name. It may be a scam but there doesnt seem to be anywhere online that i can STOP this order.

You need to :
(1) call your bank to stop all direct debits from them;
(2) call the 0800 0461 506

A stupid Way Of earning ! I have all this Diet Pills Kenza Puré ! At least 10 x 60 pcs.
I didn't order this! And They took money without permission ? How come !!!!

- Ahhh firstly I am really bad at looking at my bank statement but for some reason the other day I thought that I would have a look..so I did. I saw £94.97 from "green coffee bean, pure" followed by their number in the statement online. I rang my bank asking them if it was a regular occurrence they said no so I went on. to email the company in no rush. Is it possible that there are two companies here. I haven't received any of this green coffee bean product but I have received ketone advanced. I do not know what to do because the company that I'm currently emailing is denying it all. Denying doing trials etc. when in November I had a charge for £6 something December I had a charge for £94.97 and in January I have had a charge for £94.97. I don't know what to do :(
