Your company offered a Risk-Free Trial on
the anti aaging cream and equinox day and night. I received these samples May 22nd. I
tried them and I developed a skin rash. I
did not order anymore of your product; however, my bank advised me May 31st that you
had automatically deducted $89.00 for the cream and $99.00 for the Equinox day and night. I made a copy of all your information and there is NO Statement that I would be billed again. I call this an outright scam and I am going to persue legal assistance if you do not refund the $188.00.
I will gladly return the products if you deem
necessary!!
I have closed my bank account as it is overdrawn and opened a new one.

- I was offered a free sample by rvtl day and night anti ageing cream.one costing £79 and one £90.if I wanted the normal size.i never once agreed to buy any of thease but agreed to pay postage for the free smples.when they came through the post I thought it wiered that they had sent me through a full size jar of each for free samples but thought no more of it.put them on shelf and forgot about them as was going abroad on holiday.when I came back I found my friend whos card we had used for postage going mad as rvtl had taken payments from her card for thease amounts when we never agreed to this.and to make matters worse I got home to find they had delivered another two and taken another payment from her account.i cant find anyway to stop this and get her money back.they can take there goods back ive not even opened them.i cant believe they can get away legaly from doing this.the payments they have taken from me are from a card that's not even in my name so how they can say that my friend has said they can take thease amounts TWICE is beyond me.dose anyone know who I should contact to get this money back and there unwanted and not ordered goods please..hayley
