Both companies offered web development and phone app development services. First they needed a starter fee of $1000.00. Then they sent me graphics and designs I liked and agreed on. But, they had no functionality. They ask for more money to add the functions. I paid them. Then for 4 months they always had a problem of why they could'nt complete or finish the project. What a scam. I tied to avoid scams by using a trusted site like Elance. But, you live and you learn. The best way to avoid scams is to find away to do it yourself.
