Going to upgrade a timeshare and they switched to a whole new program. The old program was $176 a month. Told upgrade to a couple dollars more a month ($188). Ended up it was on top of $176 plus 2 credit cards at 25% to cover $5800 in down payment. These cards added another $100 a month. We could barely pay the $176 but we said we could make the $188 not over $450 a month. We are both retired and live totally on social security.
I've contacted them two weeks later and told them we couldn't afford it and we were misled. They said too late, you're stuck. They are in process of turning us in to collections and ruining our credit.
Please help!!!

Where can I find the Company profile page so I can see the research that was done. Also under the company browse list I don't see Bluegreen Timeshare anywhere. What am I doing wrong?
