My son ordered a paracord bracelet prior to September 20, 2011. After the funds had been drafted from my bank account, I emailed the company to inquire as to when we could expect delivery. I rec'd an automated reply stating that the order was being processed and it'd be 2-6 weeks. I followed up with an email on 11/2/11 to check the status as the order had not been rec'd. I rec'd no automated reply. I traced the company, obtained a telephone number and tried to call to no avail.
