This guy claims he is from Publisher's Clearing House. He is calling from an 876 number. One number is 876-485-9935 and the other number is 876-840-2992. He's says I won 950,000 and a 2012 Mercedes. I called Publisher's Clearing House to confirm and of course it is a SCAM. Do not send any money to these people. They claim the money is to pay the taxes for the prizes. However, you don't pay taxes to a company you pay taxes to the IRS on any prize winnings.
