Ok. I will start at. The binging on January 4 / 2013 I received an. E-mail from a person that said I had won 2.5 million dollars will this has been going on sense that date. And theres 2. E-mail. Address 1 is from a person. At the UN/WORLD BANK. COMPENSATION. PAYMENT OFFICER. Anyway.the other person. Is at the south african reserve bank. Thay won't me to give this. Person. 275.00. Dollars before thay will do a wire transfer on the 2.5 million dollar's. Thay had me order a per pay visa card..thay told me if I got this. New visa card. I could. With funds from atms . When I mail him back. That I had the new card. He didn't ask for the account number & the routing number so he could load my funds. He asked for the card number and the 3 digit on the back. And my pin number .. the thing is. There s no. Money in that account yet. And I haven't give. Him any of the numbers.I have been trying to get this checked out to make sure its not a. SCAM. FOR THE LAST 180DAYS. PLEASE. HELP.
