Ms. Reed is listed as a Texas Attorney and a member of the Texas Bar on legal documents I received from The Foreclosure Law Center in Philadelphia PA.
As I see it, Ms. Reed, by allowing her name to be used by this firm is part of their deceptive "Loan Modification" practice/scam.
I was ripped off by the Foreclosure Law Center, Drew Alia and GMK Solutions for $3,000.
I was never contacted by, nor was I referred to Ms.Reed. According to FTC MARS Rules

"Attorneys are generally exempt from the rule if they provide mortgage assistance relief services as part of the practice of law, are licensed in the state where the consumer or dwelling is located, and comply with state laws and regulations governing attorney conduct related to the rule. To be exempt from the advance fee ban, attorneys must also place any advance fees they collect in a client trust account and abide by state laws and regulations covering such accounts."
FLC and Ms. Reed are in a heap of trouble!
