So mad at myself- cant believe i fell for this. Having connectivity problems with mac- googled Apple support on my iPhone, and just called the number that came up- it was apple tech support- or so it looked. Didnt say they werent even when i questioned Apple contracting out tech support once they were in my mac and took me to their page, which said techzilla. The very nice and personable man just laughed gently and said that yes, lots of companies do that. Ugh. Damn man was so nice while he was stealing from me. The thing was- while he was on the phone with me, the problem was fixed. Connectivity restored, all working well. Logged back into my computer and it wouldnt connect anymore. He sold me anti-virus software from Intego. He installed that, cost me $59.99. Tech cost me $250.000. Stupid, stupid error on my part. Avoid like the plague if you can.
