I was contacted by mail, phone and email to invest in IPO of Asia Global Energy and Tana Goldfields PLC. I have paid Pounds 30,330 and Euro 19,230 respectively for these trades. However, the shares have never listed and I am unable to recover my money.

    Had similar dealings with same companie and same shares sold! Had the issue been resolved? Would like to know and discuss any outcomes if possible.

  • Hi have had the same problem, for over EUR 30k. after refusing to pay more for a further promising investment I have not had any further contact. I have read on another post the possibility to invoke with your bank the "Boiler Room Fraud" and ask them to get your money back. Also I am contacting an Indonesian lawyer to see if it is possible to get the money directly from the Indonesian Bank the money was sent to. If you call the number you get a philipino girl that as soon as she understand who you are hungs the phone. If anybody knows any other way, please post it immediately so that everybody can get a benefit!

  • I think an Indonesia lawyer doesn't help as they send the money straight to other accounts in other countries. As they are mostly English (the people calling you), they will in the end transfer the money to Cyprus as I understood. To contact a local lawyer there might be more helpful... Also watch out for Westhillconsulting.com. They act the same as Crown Capital Management and what I heard is that they are runned by the same group of scammers.
