International boundaries
Unethical practices regarding contract, lot membership, down payment and resort fees. We purchased RV for dealer which provided us with a "year" free camping coupon for RV Resort, this turned quickly to a purchase membership using the coupon for down payment on a financial note with OCP. When asked about discrepancies in charges we were informed all sales were final, the down payment (credit card charges ) were necessary to get us financed. Paperwork signed indicated we were aware of charges but in reality it was an after fact. This company is shady, I am also looking for others with same problem or someone who has already initiated legal proceedings .
