On April 18 2013,I Jacqueline Minnis went to Walgreens pharmacy drive thru to fill a prescription that I've filled there for the pass year with the same doctor.the pharmacis Rihana she could'nt fill narcotics scripts from doctor Mark Leeds Lic. #OS7559 any more and told me I need to get a new doctor. Well I did it was DR.John L.Cosby Lic.#OS0008239.On may 16 2013 I went back to same place with the same type of script written from my new doctor the same pharmacist Rihana refused to fill that one also stating to me in an aggressive tone,saying this is not a real doctor,I tryed talking to her and asked to call the doctor, she did'nt linsen to nothing I was saying to her ,she just rudely keptspeaking over me.Of course I was upset I to Dr. Cosbys' office immediately after.When I got there I Spoke to Carol tne superviser and, explained to her what just took place and,was said to me.Carol call Walgreens to speak to Rihana the pharmacist to verify that Dr.Cosby is legit.Not I was standing there Rihana lied to Carol saying she did not say the doctor was not a real doctor to me,and said to Carol I was doctor shopping,and that she told me that too,wich was a lie. then Carol also verified to Rihana during the phone conversation tha Im not doctor shopping, that they are awear of why I switched doctors,and Carol her self contacted Dr.Leeds office to notify them that I was switching and t send over all my medical records,and they did.Carol told me to go back the Walgreens,and I did this time I went inside Rihana tried to fill the prescription of narcotics as I waited over an hour as she tryed with the help of her supervier Mr.Palenas,and said she is sorry they tryed every thing and was not able to make it go through.It was beccause she'd already put me in the system as doctor shopping,and could not staighten out her mistake.The pharmacist Rihana caused me alot Ican not get the medication I need from any Walgreens and I can not afford it from any other pharamcy ,because Imliving on a fixed income. If Rihana would've aleast check the system or hear me out this would've happened.now I'm paying her mistake,GOD knows I do'nt deserve this problem,please help me if you can.
