I received an email from Reward Zone that I had "won" a mini iPad. All I had to do was to take 5 minutes to answer a survey, enter my shipping address, and my prize would be sent to me. This ended up costing me $94.31 for a "free trial sample" from 20 Minute Beauty.

The company sent their products so I would receive them a day before the "free trial period" expired. When when I called to cancel the next months renewal, the free period will have already expired. When I spoke with Eco to cancel my account on May 15, she did not infoerm me that I would be billed $94.31 because my call was too late. When I spoke with Ailene after having my credit card charged, I was told that I was not eligible for a refund even if I returned the products unopened, that they could not escalate the call and let me talk with a supervisor, and they hung up on me. When I called back to speak with someone else, my calls were never answered.

I would prefer to resolve this complaint with 20 Minute Beauty, but since they refuse to talk with me, I am filing a complaint here.
