I need help in my dissertation and I paid $495 for it. However, after the first 1,000 words was sent to me I concluded that Essays council wouldn't be able to deliver the quality of work I was expecting. I contacted them to stop work and refund my money but their Customer Support didn't bother to respond, but the writer said s/he will modify.
The modification was not satisfactory. I raised a dispute on Paypal but they didn't bother to respond. After 3 days, I escalated the claim.
Paypal gave them time to respond but they didn't respond. After paypal's deadline had passed my money was refunded when they didn't respond.
After reading how people failed to claim their money back from Paypal, I didn't chose the 'Intangible Goods' or 'Service Category'. I chose the 'Other Physical Goods' category and I got my money back!
