I agreed to allow Unsecured Business Funding to charge me $1500 + $249, for assistance in obtaining a business loan for my company. I sent personal information to them and they financed the $1500 through Duvera Financial. Unfortunately, 5 months into this ordeal, they advertised that they could get me a loan in 30 -60 days, I have not received a loan, my credit score is lower than when I started and I am paying on a loan for 12 months that is not providing any benefit for me. I contacted the BBB in Utah and they said the company Unsecured Business Funding is out of business. These people need to be put in jail for fraud! I am sure I am not the only one they scammed! When I contacted Duvera Financial in regard to stopping the auto payments, I was told that I would receive phone calls for late payments and they would report to the credit bureaus. Basically I am paying 17% interest on a loan that I did not recieve. Isn't this also fraud? Does anyone know how I can recover my money without further damage to my credit and hiring an attorney which I can't afford?
