We went to a sales pitch and fell for all their claims of travel discounts. What a scam!!!! They are rip-off artists, don't ever do business with them. They also gave us coupons for "free" travel that they then wanted to charge us over $600 for when they booked it! I can't tell you how many times we called and tried to get things booked, but they never seemed to have any of the stuff on their site without a lot of extra charges after booking! Again, what a rip-off, don't ever do business with this "company".

Any certificates you received for attending a presentation are provided by independent third parties. WRI would not have "offered to charge you $600" to book since we are not the incentive company that distributes and fulfills these certificates. The stated terms and conditions of the certificate are provided to customers at the time of a presentation. Many times customers attempt to book travel outside of these terms and incur additional charges. Given that WRI was not the company you dealt with we have no way of determining what travel was requested. However, due to your dissatisfaction, World Resorts will replace the incentive you received for attending a presentation in the interest of customer service.
uoted rates for resort stays on the member only website do not have additional charges unless you are booking an all-inclusive resort property. Please contact Member Services so that we may be able to assist you with these matters at (888) 839-1555 ext. 100.
