I placed an order for an evening dress on this website for my best friend's wedding and paid extra for fast delivery. I have not received the dress, they are not responding to my email enquiry, ([email protected]), they are not answering the phone (+44 020 8144 0929) despite the fact they state they have 24/7 customer services department! Wedding is in two days and my money is gone! If anybody has any alternative means of communication with this website please let me know! I wouldn’t recommend you using them AT ALL!
