International boundaries
There is a person who goes by the name of James McCoy or Matthew Cutriss. He will pose as a widow on dating sites who wants to find his perfect match. He will send you flowers - BEWARE NEVER GIVE YOU FINANCIAL DETAILS OR ADDRESS TO HIM.
He will try to hack into your email and after he hooks you in, will request you to send him money as his credit cards were compromised.
He might say he is from South Africa, or some other country and has just moved to Melbourne or Sydney and claim he works on an oil rig in the North Sea as a Sub Contractor for a company Nexus.
He will send you romantic messages, emails and even send you gifts and tell you how much he wants to spoil you. After you receive the gifts from him, he will request you send him money in the name of James McCoy or Matthew Cutriss via Western Union.
His email address is [email protected] and he will claim to be from Perth and just moved to another city, like Sydney.
After numerous complaints to Eharmony from women, he has been removed but will join another dating site to scam more women.

Upon filing complaint on this site, matthew cutriss / James McCoy claimed to be in Perth awaiting funds to be cleared. Further investigation showed the photos posted on Eharmoney and the [email protected] belonged to a Walt Neuschaeter from Austin Texas who seems to be a victim of his photos being used. Matthew Cutriss has now shut down his gmail. Easyflowers.com.au confirmed purchase of flowers were NOT paid for by Matthew Cutriss and Eharmony and Easyflowers awaiting police to contact them for payment details.

This person keeps changing emails but the authorities will close in on him....

will tell you his email has been "compromised" and had to change it
also was on match.com and loveagain.com sites as well. Uses the below IP

which is private, however the police will find out more.
