I was asked for an email for omni when tried to edit my complaint. I found this email from another complaint about this same company:
[email protected] I am sure it works. This company is headquartered in Los Angeles but powed by other third partiy affiliates. I will seek the agent for service this week if I do not reach resolution.

I worked for this company for couple of months .. the company real name id ccubed solutions india pvt ltd .. basically i was in training and realized the scam they were running and ran away from there.. they teach college drop outs or freshers how to scam and trick into people buy their support package.
in the training they used to tell us that people from usa are so dumb and can easily be tricked.. reply here if u need any info on these scammers .. happy to help -
