I submitted an order and it has been paid for by my credit/debit card. Supposedly, sent Priority Mail. Never received the order. When I log into my Account it say the order is "Processing". And when you call Customer Service the contact number is disconnected. I have emailed requesting information/confirmation, etc. but nobody has contacted me for resolution and/or credit back. Thankfully, I did not put in a huge order!
