Jessica or Jesica Mogan claims she has two Maltese puppies that she wants to give away for free to a good home.In many circumstances a sympathetic story or the fact she claims she is moving into a apartment is used. Many people have lost hundreds of dollars to this women/man and the email address continues to appear on a range of websites displaying the same story.
