I made a purchase two months ago. The next month they charged me 39.95 for a "membership" fee I called about this and they responded with "You should have read the fine print" however they still gave me the refund. As soon as i received it I cancelled my account several times all of which were unsuccessful. This month I received the similar charge of 39.95 so I figured I'd use it to buy something. When I tried this it said I apparently skipped this month so by all rights I shouldn't have been charged. I called about this and they said there was nothing they could do to give me a refund.
