I checked my checking account balance and there was a $300 deposit made into my account today. I thought a bill was returned when I checked the account details it said HYDRA FUND III 8883025351 I called the number I get put on hold for 10 minutes and hung up on - I can't get a person on the phone so I googled them, all these scam complaints come up. I looked for a payday loan on 5/3 I DID NOT accept any offers nor did did I sign anything at any point. I was looking for $500 and nothing said that I would receive that amount. Sovereign has called me and First Premier has called me and I told them both I was no longer interested. I never received a call or an email fro these people. I saw in complaints that HYDRA FUND III emailed people applications and I went through every email in spam, junk, trash and there is nothing from these people, I have a hundreds of pay day loan emails and I opened them all and read the fine print, none of them say HYDRA FUND III or anything relatively close to that. I called my bank and told them I don't want this money take it back they said someone will call me within 1 business day. I am patiently waiting for someone to contact me. I am hoping that they don't take any money out of my account. I think I will go to the bank and change my account number.

So after hours of trying to get in touch with someone at Hydra fund, I receive a text message from 77513 stating
thank you for your business, Your loan has been approved for execellent cst. svc call 888-302-5351 to cancel reply stop.

SO i replied over and over again asking 100 questions and telling them to take their money back finally I got a name and extension # Jasmin at ext 1025.

She called me and said that she received an application yesterday and that once the application has my Name and SS # (which she couldn't verify) that I am consenting to the terms and agreements.

She said someone called and verified my employment i asked with whom and she said that a woman answered and transferred the person to my voicemail. While on the phone I checked my work voicemail and sure enough they were telling me that I am approved

, that I need to verify info, and that I get paid bi-weekly on Tuesday (NOT TRUE AT ALL) and left the same number that no one has any luck with 888-302-5351, no ext. So I told her I don't want the money and to take it back,

she said they will put in the request for it to come out in up to 3 business days and as long as the money is there to be removed, they will void the loan and that they will do this with no additional charges to me.

I then received a follow up email stating the same as Jasmine at ext 1025 had told me. (funny b/c i didn't get any email to being with from them regarding this loan application) So we shall see how much money they withdraw.
