Booked with HotelsOne and was provided the confirmation number via email. When I arrived at the Best Western Village Inn, located in Calgary, they had no record of it and were sold out. Of course, each company blames the other. Did eventually receive a reimbursement for initial room cost. Additional Taxi fares and higher room rate in another hotel make up the $80.00. Add your own rate for the inconvenience and lost time.
