I received an email from someone in my family with a link which brought me to another page. Normally I delete these immediately but since the email was to me and one other family member I thought I should read it. Was somewhat skeptical since I heard problems with things like this. But since I have major health issues and can't work out of the house I thought I would read the information. Thinking it was something I could try I paid and continued to sign up. When I didn't receive the email to register within 15 minutes as explained I started to wonder. Then couldn't find any contact information to speak with anyone so I started to search online and found this site with other complaints about the same company. I wonder how many people don't know how to file a complaint about this problem.
