My wife and I were told that if we signed on with Cspire and stayed signed on with them for 40 days we would get $500 worth of "PERCS" points. We waited until the 40 days and didn't receive the points. We called and they said "Oh we'll fix it". It did not take long for them to fix it but they put too many points on and then took too many points off and now we have called every other day to see if they are in the process of typing in the right amount of points they owe us which is 17,500 points. The only thing the customer service people say is "We have a work order in I don't know how much longer it will be. It may be 40 days." Get real! It only would take a few minutes to correct it. We are so disappointed in them just like we were with AT&T. They LIE!!!!!!

Update: 06/03/2013

I and my wife have finally gotten through to these guys but it took fighting tooth and nail. We got the rest of our points back so we are sort of good with Cspire now.
