Agent called last December when I was expecting a call from Blue Shield California Health Insurance. I asked if they were part of the Blue Shield and he said yes. He kept on and on how it is good to acquire the insurance and I can cancel it, so I did. Later another transaction was charged to my credit card by US Patriot, and I have quickly canceled the charge, not knowing that wasn't related to the fidelity life insurance that I enrolled..I attempted calling numbers from internet search with the name fidelity life associate, but did not have access to the right number until the policy packet was mailed. Juggling with my busy schedule, I have finally called them up and closed my policy, not being able to get any refund. Worst customer service and heartless liars is what I think they are. Never, and will spread the word to others that they are scam.
