My son Daniel Horovitz on the date indicated above was riding his motorcycle home when he was hit by Kar Tse who made an improper left turn and received a traffic ticket from the police officer. Tar is insured by State Farm. Daniel sustained life threatening injuries and was in a coma for a year. The motorcycle was irepairably damaged. State Farm refuses to rembuirse a reseasonable amount for the property damages incurred (motocycle, leather jacket, watch) Several unsuccessful attempts have been made to come to a acceptable compromise

- I cannot bring myself to find favor in any insurance company. They are something that we semm to need but would LOVE to be able to do without. My spouse and I are having trouble out of Hello Totem which is a cellphone buying place in San Diego. They say they pay you for the cellphones but this has been since March that we got and accepted a for the phones, $314 some odd was what they first quoted but then they claimed one of the phones was broke when they checked it. We knew for sure the phones both worked when they left our house but they dropped the quote to $185 and now I guess we are really not going to get this much because seems like they have the phones and the upper hand. They could go as far as hiding the phones and say they don't have them. I have very little confidence in this Scambook too. Oh well hope yours gets settled.
