I just received a message by someone named Arthur Abram saying that I owe money from a pay day loan place. He left this number 855-2982, but called from 213-261-0620. I called the 213 number back and the people that I spoke with seemed a little fishy to me, so I asked for names and info about their company and they hung up. Then I called back and they said that I would go to jail if I didn't pay them and to take it up with the county. I looked online for check services information and ended up calling a company in Texas that stated that they have received a number of calls about that kind of situation. It's a scam, is what they told me. Then I came across this site and had to post what just happened to me. THEY NEED TO BE STOPPED.
