It's been over 4 months since I submitted my claim for a broken dishwasher and still no technician was dispatched! Every time I call they say that it will be resolved within 24-48', then nothing happen, they apologize and say the same thing. I had a problem with other claims as well. That warranty company is a scam. They just take your money and then do nothing for you.
