i signed up for a 30day trial for diet tablets at the end of february 2013. they should have cost £2.95, but instead over £10.00 was taken out of my account. then on 19th march 2013 £155.00 was taken out without my knowledge or agreement. i never even received any tablets or any documentation to say that this was happening. i had no way to contact these people to cancel anything. then in 18th april i did receive tablets which i returned to the address on the label immediately along with a cancellation letter. no refund has been issued to me. so far, £310 has been stolen in this scam. i've contacted trading standards who confirmed that this is a fraud and the action fraud desk who are investigating this. my next step is to contact bbc watchdog to get this highlighted on their programme
