I ordered a pair of Ugg boots off of the website after seeing it advertised on facebook. The website looked completely real, and i read through all of there terms and conditions. They claim to be based in Australia, but now i believe it to be China. The money was taken out of my bank straight away and i was sent a confirmation of what i had ordered from 'Cindy'. I hadn't heard anything about the tracking info, so I emailed her, and she sent me an email the next day, with the so called tracking number, and a link to the FedEx website. Cindy said not to worry if the tracking info appeared as 'no information/not found' as this meant they were handling my goods. I rang FedEx (UK) and they say that the tracking number was not recognised or it was made up. My boots have still not arrived, and looking at these complaints i dont think they will!!!
