I downloaded a free registry scan which was not a big deal, but when they wanted money to fix what was supposedly wrong I said never mind. From that moment on my computer went nuts. I couldn't get on line which really pissed me off. I called them telling them to make my computer right and they repeatedly repeated that I need to find a local technician to fix it. I said no, I can't go on line to find one. I took it to Best Buy where I bought it and the tech said that even though you have removed the program from your computer it left an encryption on the hard drive and I was screwed. I called Omnitech again, and I don't get mad or excited with people over the phone but I did this time. They broke my computer and wanted money from me to try and fix it. I said how about I come over to your house and smash your computer with an axe and then ask you for money to fix it? They hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak to a tech and they told me the techs weren't allowed to come to the phone. It clearly states 24/7 tech support. They are beyond idiots. I got on a rant again and got hung up on only to call back with no answer. Is there a way we can find out where their place of business is and (Inappropriate Content Removed)
