I received a check in the mail for $3875 stating that this amount was to pay the taxes on my winnings from the International Shoppers Lotto Powerball held on February 28, 2013 in the 2nd Category. Total winnings in the amount of $125,000. The letter goes on to say not to attemp to use this check until I call Mr. Mark nelson (Claim Agent). The Letter is signed Bryan MCLOUD (Promotions Director). The check was drawn on a bank called State Street Bank & Trust, Boston, MA 02101. I turned the whole package over to the Havelock Police Department. It's a Scam and the Checks are not real.
