Ordered "free" sample of anti-wrinkle cream from Juveneu at cost of $A1.95 mid September. Received sample 1 October and then noted unauthorized deduction on credit card 3 October. Having seen large number of complaints on this site with no-one getting any satisfaction from this company have cancelled credit card and am seeking reimbursement via a complaint with my bank. Will also lodge a complaint with the company but don't hold out much hope. These scam artists need to be brought down.
