I ordered a dress online from http://www.karenmillenoutletinuk.co.uk/. They charged me band account 167.73 (+ my bank charged 5.03 for international fees) and then when I logged on to the website they said my order didn't go through - but obviously it did because the money is out of my account. Still no dress and I am trying desperately to contact someone and get my money back.
