This is Ben Young, the SEO provider in question.
I find it strange that you paid £1000/$1000 before deciding to end our working relationship and have not pursued me in small claims court. Is there a reason for this?
Every customer of mine has the option to pay by Direct Debit which gives them the ability to claim their money back from their bank immediately which is then in turn recovered from me. There is simply no way to be left out of pocket.
So how is there any incentive on my part to take anybody's money?
