I purchased 2 unlimited cards when I was leaving Sprint. Straight Talk told me that I would recieve 2 free cell phones. When I got the phones one worked and one did not. I called Straight Talk about this. The communication started on May 1,2013, to dated I have recieved nothing but excuses and lies from Straight Talk. I no longer have my Sprint service which Straight Talk purchased and told me that I would use my same number but since the phone does not work I have no service. I was also told that I needed a new sim card to which I still have not recieved. All I have recieved is excuses from all I have spoke with. This is the 8th day of no service no working cell phone and noreplacement sim card. Yesterday I was told my working phone also needed a new sim card in order for me to access the internet. Lastly I was accused of using profanity to which I did not do and have witnesses to that fact. Straight Talk has not gave me satisfactory service since this I purchased my 2 phone plans for unlimited minutes. I appreciate all assistance you can provide me on this.
