Dear Nancy, since you won't answer any of my phone calls (I have documented 11) I thought I would give you one more chance to communicate with me before I put in a formal complaint to the California Bar and Attorney General of the State of California. Your company has used and abused me for the last time. Either represent me in a professional manor or return the $2900.00 you insisted I pay instead of the $2700.00 I was quoted when I first called your company. You have no idea what a hardship it was just to come come up with your fee, I borrowed "begged" $2000.00 from a relative who no longer talks to me because I can't pay them back! further for the remaining $900.00 we owed you we ate soup and rice until you were paid. If I had the money to pay the IRS, I would not have needed your service. your company Has handed me off to now to 4 different case workers which requested the same information multiple times and each time telling me they had not received it. I started saving the fax confirmations to no avail because they still said they did not receive the information I sent. One of your case workers finally admitted she did have it on her computer. I have never been handled so poorly by any business which represents the Bar. I am a retired Police Chief who gets nothing in retirement from the State. I live on social security and a small pension from another job I once held. My wife is disabled and has been turned down 3 times for her disability. we constantly struggle to make it, but always come up short at the end of the month. If I do not get a response from you within the next week, I will forward this letter to the California Bar Association and the Attorney Generals of the State of California and the State of Ohio and the IRS. I HAVE A LETTER WHICH STATES YOU STILL REPRESENT ME, BUT THE IRS SAY'S NOT SO???????
