I paid $220.00 to Kim Powell for a Yorkie Terrier puppy she promised she would send it through that agency. I got an email stating that they were honored to inform me that your sender Kim Powell has already made the payments for the registration of the Puppy to your names and address , the registration number for the puppy is A12/BHL/3-AAPD . This Puppy were registered today and presently in the Special Care Unit of PPTV recommending the last check up by the authorities before she can board her designed flight to your location , we will get back yo you as soon as the check up is completed. But the check up did not go well and that the puppy needed insurance in other to board the flight. I had to pay $780 and it would be 100 percent refundable as soon as the puppy arrives at my doorsteps. I send the money and they confirmed that puppy was gonna be here in El Paso, 5/5/13 at 8:30 am and that at 7am they would confirm my address and where the refund was gonna be given. But they gave me bad news saying that I had to open an email read and call them back. I had to send the money to us Metoeric Pet Transport Service and once its confirmed that the money has been paid and received , we will provide you the flight number. And after that the puppy will be transported. Once more the amount that you will pay so that the puppy can be transported is $1500 and if not the puppy will be quarantined for 4 months.

If you choose to get your puppy home this afternoon , then you get the $1500 transferred in order for the quarantine documents to be signed and confirmed. As for payment you will Get the money transferred to us , then once that is done your puppy will be transported to you. All you need to do is contact them right away then make the payments of $1500 to them, then once they confirm to us , your puppy will be boarded with the flight this morning, if not , then we will file in the quarantine document for the puppy to be quarantined.

Also regarding the payment we can offer you 48 hrs to come up with the money , that is the money should be paid before Tuesday next week.
They were holding it in Utah and is gonna stay there and because I did not send the money they have refuse to answer my email or call and am in limbo. Please help
