Based on some previous Internet reviews of this company, I ordered less than $30 of goods. Despite apparently sophisticated tracking, I never received the package. After two months, I contacted their online Customer Service twice, and I got no response. I thought about phoning them, but the only numbers listed are in England, Singapore, and China. Presumably, they also have an office in Southern California, but no phone number for customers is made readily available. Based on my experience, I will not attempt to purchase anything more from them.
