Charged my credit card twice. I booked this room for a friend and when the friend arrived the hotel advised that 2 rooms were prepaid and they could not refund. This company refused to take ownership for the payment processing refund or credit my account. Will never use them again.

- My moms great at getting refunds from fraudulent companies. Call them up again and tell them that it was their error and if you do not get a refund for the full amount that you will be contacting the better business bureau, usually they back down because that's a Government agency. Good Luck
