On April 19, 2013 I completed a survey and was to receive a risk free trial of Skin products, the price was $0.00. I paid $4.95 for shipping and handling.
I made no commitment for any future orders. Today I went on line to check my bank account balance and there is a charge of $97.88 from this company. I did not authorize this charge, nor have I placed an order for any product except the free trial offer, to them.
I have the invoice and packing list that says the price for the risk free trial is $0.00 and the shipping and handling is $4.95. No mention of any future order or charge for any other products.
The phone number is 1888-320-0198.
