I purchased the larger supply of Garcinia Cambogia Extract Tablets and paid in full. I then noticed that our credit card account was being deducted monthly for "Trim Trainer". I was unaware of this but it appears from their electronic response that when you agreed to purchase the tablets you also agreed to pay this each month until you cancelled. Then the problems start. I live in Australia and to cancel you are required to ring their phone number (8559786683)in America. I emailed them on three occasions to explain that this was not suitable and to take my email as notice of cancellation. Again this month I received notice of an electronic receipt for Trim Trainer and once again sent off an email. By chance a relative happens to be in America so I sent him the details and asked him to ring them whilst he was there. He tried but advised that the phone disconnected straight away. I can only hope now that our bank can put a stop on these monthly deductions as I can think of no other avenue I can take to rectify this. I would advise other people to stay clear of this company that also goes under the email address of [email protected]. I would be more than happy if I could contact a person to explain the situation to instead of an electronic response forwarded no matter what the contents of your email says.
