I got my policy in March 2013 and by mid April my hearter started acting weird.. I called in a claim 4/24/13 and was told someone would call me to schedule a time to come to my house.... I never got a call back and when I called on the following monday, they said someone would be contacting me soon. After waiting another two days I called the rep who sold me the policy and guaranteed a risk free money back guarantee Jonathan Green, he gave me the name of the company that was to do the work then transferred me (on hold for 20 minutes).......I called the company and they stated that they don't have a contract with Sensible......WOW!.....With several more attempts to contact Jonathan, claims or any human possible that was willing to help me, I still don't have my problem solved, have had NO call back or a response to an email to JARED, Johnathan and info. requesting a cancellation and refund. In reading the comments page of this website it looks like "JARED" has responded to four complaints asking the person to contact him directly by email....I wonder how that went? I also emailed JARED, called JARED along with the info department to try and get some resolution and still have not gotten any response... What a RIP OFF this company is... I wonder how these people sleep at night....JARED BODNER.... I wish I would have found this website before I decided to go with this fraudulent company....
