i purchased 12 plus 1 month xbox live code and 2100 microsoft points for my sons birthday on the 23rd on attempting to acctivate he found both codes had already been used he contacted microsoft who advised both codes had been used in march i did the ticket query with sho-pto and have still not had a response :( i had to go out and purchase again so really not happy!!
